  Costa Rica is famous for its beautiful nature, nice people but maybe not the food. BUT then we met Shirley Claudio at Kalaluna Bistro - wauw. This was different. Elegant, spicy, delicious good looking food that integrated the best of Costa Rican natural products and world kitchen. WE will not hesitate to call it the New Costa Rican kitchen. Shirley turned out to be a really good host too. Thank you.

  The best place to eat in Drake Bay! Every dish we orderd tasted so much better than we expected! Even if we wanted to make a dish more personally it was not a problem. The service was also fast and friendly. So thanks to the chefs Shirley & Claudio and the rest of the team! For sure we will come back.

  Shirley and Claudio - thank you for our perfect dinners while at Drake Bay, Costa Rica at the Jinetes de Osa Hotel!! Every meal was cooked to perfection!!! Both taste and presentation were magnificent!! Bravo!!

  Ein Geheimtipp für gutes Abendessen. Der Fisch war gut, das Hühnchen ebenso. Die Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten sind einfach gehalten, aber in Ordnung. Einziges Problem ist die Feuchtigkeit, nichts wird richtig trocken. Auch das Bett ist irgendwie immer klamm (November). WLAN vorhanden aber sehr langsam.

  Very nice restaurant with excellent and creative cooking. We received several appetizers and special though we"ve ordered only a meal.
