  Lovely monument to a beloved JFK close to the entrance of the Universidad de Costa Rica. The statue is under renovation at the moment.

  It's a mess! Not wheelchair accessible, not safe, not pretty. In the middle of a traffic nightmare Only reason I didn't rate 1 star is because it does represent a oasis in the chaos that San Pedro is.
