  Desde Bahía Drake hay varias tours para visitarla y hacer snorkel o diving además de avistamiento de ballenas y delfines. Octubre, pese a lo que la gente piensa, es una muy buen mes para visitar Costa Rica en general, pero especialmente para avistar ballenas ya que están cerca de la costa con sus crias. En el trayecto desde Bahía Drake a la isla, vimos varias ballenas y delfines. En el snorkel pude ya ver rayas e incluso algún tiburón de tamaño considerable que estaría como a 10 metros por debajo. En el diving, fue fantástico. Muy buena visibilidad. Vimos tortuga y tiburones además de cardúmen. Muy recomendable. Además es de gran interés geológico.
