  Is hard to get in hold with this people, this is the center of National Insurance Institute CLAIMS.
  
  You pay for insurance, but here they never help you.
  To get your claim faster and nice for you.
  
  I been trying to get my claim here, for almost one year.
  And still not answering my question about why,
  
  Sometimes when you are expatriate, is very difficult because I'm seeing so many Costa Rican people. Who get resolved faster.
  
  Take your claim to a lawyer, and go to court 🤔

  Primera vez que veo a una compañía de seguros que habiendo asegurado a ambas partes haga tan pocos esfuerzos, casi nulos, por resolver la situación.
