Liebevoll gepflegte Anlage mit Blick auf den Vulkan (so er sich denn zeigen mag). Die Zimmer sind geräumig und verfügen über King Size Betten. Es ist alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das Personal ist, wie überall, überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Frühstücksbuffet gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt und der Blick aus dem Restaursnt ist atemberaubend. Alles in allem ganz toll. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Bellisimo lugar..las cabañas se encuentran en un entorno maravilloso; el restaurant tiene una vista privilegiada; comer bien y mirar el paisaje son uns excelente combinacion.

Gorgeous hotel with bungalow style rooms. Even though some were attached, you had the feeling you were in your own little cottage. The way the resort is designed, each room has a view of the volcano (when it is not hiding behind the clouds) The rooms were nicely decorated, large, clean and super comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and the grounds were very well groomed. This is a very large, spread out resort, so the walk from one end to the other took about 10 minutes (shuttles were provided) There is one restaurant located in the middle of the resort which offers a gorgeous view of the volcano as well along with a little pond that has Cayman alligators. The food and staff at the restaurant as well as the breakfast included were ok. The thermal pool at the hotel was delightful but again a long walk from our room. It gets dark so early all year round because of proximity to the equator, there wasn’t much to do in the evenings. It is in a great location, however, to visit La Fortuna as well as the number of tours offered in the area. Truly a beautiful hotel, and I would highly recommend it.
