It's a beautiful little hotel in a colonial style house, the owners are very friendly and it's located in a very nice and lively neighborhood. Lots of restaurants near.

Nice little hotel close to gastronomic area. Morning trains nearby can be a nuisance if you want to sleep in.

Es un hotel para dormir y bañarse mientras estás todo el día conociendo la ciudad, nada más, así que lo más importante es que la cama y el baño sean agradables. La cama es cómoda, de tamaño aceptable y tiene sábanas limpias. El problema es el baño, la puerta no se cerraba, goteaba agua del lavabo, se veía un poco sucio y lo peor, era muy difícil regular la temperatura.
Todo lo demás estaba muy bien, el staff es increíblemente amable y servicial, el desayuno delicioso y el hotel bonito pero chiquito.

Good rooms, although not perfectly clean (ours had a little sand on the floor). Breakfast was good and abundant, and hotel is in a nice neighborhood with many fancy pubs and restaurants - city center is also at walking distance. Unfortunately the hotel is really close by the really noisy railroad and you WILL wake up at 5 when train traffic begins. Overall good value.

So who places these markers on Google maps anyhow?
The description of the location is correct but where this marker has been placed on the map is way off. You can find the REAL 1492 in Ave1 between Calles 31 & 33.
