Tried ariel yoga for the first time ever at this studio. It was an interesting experience. (Do not recommend this if you are the slightest bit hungover.) The studio is small but has good views. The last day I was in Costa Rica they started offering a class outdoors. These classes were held in a tall canopy type structure down the road. It was a little tricky to find the outdoor location, but very well worth it. Listening to jungle sounds while in shavasana is an experience everyone should try at least once in their lifetime.
Great choice of classes, yoga, pilates, dance, aerial yoga and classes for kids. High standard of instruction and affordable for locals.
