The rafting tour was very thrilling and so much fun. Gabriel, the guide, very professional, made a lot of jokes and created a pleasent easy-going atmosphere. Completely safe.

Good white water rafting but tented accommodation is grubby and tired. Electric flex held together with insulating tape provides the only light inside and keeps going out. Wash basin has grubby marks on it. No soap provided. But the rafting was really good.

Very nice, pretty and quiet place. Nice pool. The rooms are spread out in separate buildings with covered walkways connections them.

We didn't stay at the hotel, we only did one of their rafting tours. They offer quite a few different activities from riding, to rafting, to different hiking tours and discovery tours. The facilities include bathrooms, showers, a gift shop and a restaurant.
They had a couple different rafting options ranging in difficulty from beginners (the one we did) to experienced. It lasted about an hour and a half and was great fun. Our age group ranged from two to seventy six and everyone enjoyed themselves. We were issued helmets and life jackets before going and each boat/raft had a guide who knew the way. The guides also brought a few pineapples that we ate at a halfway point by the river. The river itself was mostly calm with a few small rapids, and if we hadn't wanted to, we wouldn't have had to paddle at all.
I wouldn't recommend bringing anything you wouldn't want wet as we were soaked when we came back. Not only could you fall in by accident, there is also a risk that your fellow rafters will splash you, or vice versa, as that is a big part of the fun. If you do swim in the river, be mindful of the current, it was very strong. Also! Do not do this in flipflops, you will lose them in the river.
All in all a perfect activity for family or friends who like a little bit of adventure.response / report this review -

When zip lining hold on. When in raft, stay in raft. Then you're all good.
