Our experience here was horrible. We rushed our dog here on a Saturday after being hit by a car. They took him in, we paid a deposit and they said they would do surgery the following day. Later we were given a price for the surgery and told to pay in advance. They would not accept our credit card over the phone, nor were they able to provide the correct SINPE numbers to do a bank transfer, so we had to drive 45 mins back to pay the following morning. This delayed our dogs surgery to Tuesday, which is inhumane given the condition he was in, and failed to give us updates, in spite of my many requests. We had no idea the condition of our dog. When we arrived at the agreed upon time of 4pm on Thursday, we waited nearly 2 hours before they delivered him to us (after 5 days!!!). To tp it off, they told us we had to come back two days later for follow-up xrays, because they had been too busy to do them on the day of his release, as they should have. I will never come here again. It was expensive, unprofessional, and they treated us with complete disregard.

Excelente atención ,le dieron a nuestra mascota una segunda oportunidad de vida estamos inmensamente agradecidos ,lo mejor de todo es que son súper accesibles en precios y su servicio a cliente es de primer nivel, Clinica 24 horas de primera ,Gracias por todo nunca vamos a terminar de agradecerles todo lo que hicieron por nuestra mascota.
