  I came to this casino to play poker. Excellent run poker room. Somewhat frustrating for the north American who is not fluent in Spanish, though this is no discredit to the house. Will definitely be back!!

  The worst hotel in the planet. The front desk staff are rude, arrogant & crooked. Specially the front desk and the accounting staff. They try to double charges my credit cards and will harass you to submition to a let them do as their crooked accounting department staff wants. The witress on the 8 floor are crooked and over charges your bill. Make sure you double check your bill. If you want to have a wonderful stay in San Jose CR go to Intercontinental Hotel. I don't know why the Sheraton SPG put their reputation at risks to have crooked staff works there. THEY ARE BUNCH OF CROOKED THIEF!
