Terrible service, I tried contacting them 3 days in a row to have a very large sign made with lighting. Each day the girl at the office told me they would call me back in the afternoon, and they never called, not even to tell me that they were very busy and would give me a quote in a couple days. Finally they emailed me a RIDICULOUS quote, including $270 charge for 'fixing' the lightbox that I already had, which they had never seen or evaluated in person to see the status of the electrical parts, which we tested and they work fine. They are a rip off. Go to GuanaPrint in Liberia, they are more professional, prompt, nice, and yes it is farther away, but you'll save a ton of money with better service.
