Really bad ,the air condition was liquing since we got there ,the restaurant don't have what they have in the menu,the beach is just to surfing ,I didn't like it at all

This was the 3rd time bringing a group of 8 surfers there at Fuego in the past 4 years.
This time, the place was totally running down, broken beds, leaky roofs, dirty, bad paint, they only cleaned our apartment twice in 1 week! Horrible costumer service right from the front desk to the kitchen. They don’t care and never fix any of the problems or took serious any of our inquiries.
The place was empty the entire week as we were the only ones staying, make sense no one wants to stay there. I brought good business and this was my last. I will recommend going somewhere else (look for Bungalows) for the same price, in front of a way better breaks, clean and way better place for your group and family.
I don’t recommend this place at all.

I love this little beachfront hotel. It has rustic charm and its one of the original hotels on the strip in Hermosa. The food is good, the staff is kind, and the pool is great for kids.

DONT GO THERE! ok 1. They sell day passes to anyone for ¢3000, so you wake up after paying at least $110 to find out that there are 50 people in their small swimming pool, drinking beer (probably peeing in the pool) and with their loud music, so you cant use the pool because theres no space to be due to all the day passes people. 2. You pay more than $100, and the room is not worth it. The towels I think they bought them in 1980, the beds are hard, the room looks dirty and old. Horrible place.

Nice place, right in front of the beach with a nice pool. The included breakfast was good as well.

The lady at reception was the low point, first she did not accept our credit cards stating that "the system was down" she told us to pay in cash and she could work out a deal :cough evade taxes: and when we paid in cash she didn't even gave us the deal she told us about before.

And when it was time to leave we asked her to call us a taxi, which she didn't.

The place is nice, great location, a 5 minute/$8-$10 cab ride will get you to Jaco for better night live and fair enough breakfast. The service, not so good though.
