  Faro Travel was extremely helpful when we traveled to the monte verde area! Alonso and Jimmy were very kind and helped us to find transportation to La Fortuna as well. Completely bilingual and very kind!

  Had the best experience in Costa Rica with Freddy as our driver from Monteverde to Manuel Antonio (Completely Bilingual). With a group of 5 guys, we were traveling from Alberta, Canada. Growing up in a family business myself, I could tell right away that Freddy genuinely cared about his clients. There were no sales pitches and he gave us straight genuine answers so that we could make the most of our trip. We spent most the drive just playing road-trip games with him. He even offered to take us to see the crocodiles when we were completely unaware of them. I would definitely recommend this family business as their services excels when compared to the other travel agencies experienced.
