Best car rental customer service!!
We arrived late into Liberia only to find Dollar Rental Car was not at the airport to pick us up despite the fact we confirmed the date and time in advance. Thank goodness, Stephen from Europcar was there for another customer. He kindly informed us Dollar was closed and offered to provide us with a rental car at the same rate Dollar quoted us. His English was impeccable and efficiency amazing. He provided us with a better car than we expected. All of the staff there were kind, accommodating and responsive. We have rented cars for the past 10 years in Costa Rica but no other rental car agency can match the service Daniel and Stephen provided at Europcar. Top Notch!!response / report this review -
