  Great place for a variety of restaurants. Esterillo is a neat town.

  unreasonably expensive. specifically the grocery store. a simple example is the baguette they sell for $3usf or 1450 colones. That is more than 3x the going rate for a piece of bread, and yesterday they were day old stock! price gouging I suggest you travel the 12km to parrita and buy from less expensive stores.
