It was a wonderful experience.
It was the first time I traveled to Costa Rica and I was terrified by the reviews and the videos that I watched related to car rental in Costa Rica. However we planned to travel rather than stay in one place so we did not really have other good options but to rent a car. Though, far from the airport I selected this place based on the better reviews and that proved to be more than true for us. We confirmed our reservation before we left US and were were assured with a polite, comforting response that the car was waiting for us. Not only that, but when we arrived, a few hours late they were waiting for us with a new 4x4 SUV. It was some extra responsibility to carry and I felled so relieved when I brought the car back intact
We were greeted by Mr Carlos Lezama who treated us professionally and very polite doing his job to review for us and sell insurance and other options but accepting our choices. He actually made the trip to the location where we decided to returned the car to take it back. We were pleased to find many such polite and customer service oriented people while travelling in Costa Rica.response / report this review -
