Nice place, but the facilities need maintenance and they have a poor customer service, they do not know even the menu The bartender (a girl) got mad with me, because I told to her, I've only drank 2 beers, instead of the 3 beers she was writing in the bill, finally it was just a misunderstanding by their side.. I witnessed 3 more episodes of poor customer service to my person and other customers during my hosting

Please do not waste your money , nasty pool , sad place it look like a retiement home , not worth it !!

As a hotel it is a 3 star hotel. But what really makes it wonderful are the hot springs. The pools on the property are nice but the river is the real winner. The hot springs feed the river and make it warm even after a hard rain. In the morning the steam from the river makes it a magical scene. A must see while in Costa Rica.
