The food was ok but i felt ripped off. The exchange rate is almost 570 to the dollarso when I got the bill for 11,200 local he had "$30" written beside it. It should only be $20 so I said something and they did not object at all so it made me feel sure they were seeing if I would double check or just pay. Too bad because otherwise it was a nice experience. Be honest, it pays.

Es caro pero delicioso. La arquitectura del lugar es hermosÃsima y la vista del estero es paradisiaca. RecomendadÃsima la hamburguesa de camarón y los camarones al curry y coco.

This restaurant only opens for breakfast and lunch. It is also the place where the ferry to the Isla Tortuga departs from. The decor is beautiful as it is probably one of the finest restaurants in Puntarenas. The food is so-so , not much better than other local restaurants, but has many shrimp dishes that you should try.

If you love shrimp come for lunch, only time it is open. Good selection of shrimp dishes. Day trip Calypso Cruise to Tortuga Island can be found here as well.
