By far the best restaurant in the area. Steak to die for, some lovely seafood dishes and all freshly prepared by the chef. Great cocktails too. Lovely garden setting. Ate here twice during our weeks stay in the area.

All dishes are extremely well prepared and you can taste the passion of the chef. The guacamole is a must even the chips are prepared fresh. Main dish was steak and shrimps. Absolutely stunning. As dessert the crepes filled with dulce de leche and as topping ice cream. Super rico!
Good offering on cocktails and wine.
Overall a must visit who likes gray food and a very nice Ambiente. The chef and the personal are super friendly and supportive.
    An amazing dinner

Great presentation, selection and options. Drinks were well prepared and the meals were excellent. The best meal i had in my whole CR trip. They do not take credit/debit cards, so bring cash. Owner is awesome and probably the friendliest person I've met yet.

Tuna was the best I've ever had. Really well balanced meal and a super helpful (English friendly) staff helped enhance the meal.

This tiny cabana in the jungle is as perfect as can be. You feel like you're eating in a rainforest and because there are only a half dozen tables, you're never waiting for anything.

Small ever-changing menu, 3-4 appetizers, 4 entrees, 4 desserts. Although small, there were options for everyone although you should get the tuna medium rare because it's phenomenal.

Wine and mixed drinks available. I had a Jin & Tonic, large drink, worth $8. Drinks this size in the states would be priced the same.

Chat up the Argentinian chef/owner, he's a cool dude. Sweet goatee, 5/5 for the goatee.

Would recommend, I'm so glad we found this place.

Beautiful restaurant in the middle of Punta Uva serving Argentinian food. They were recommended by the owners of Pachamama as their favorite restaurant in the area. I can see why. Great ambiance, delicious food and cocktails. Order the caipirica, a play off the caipirinha, it has passion fruit. The guac and chips are delicious; they make their chips in-house and it is different than your normal tortilla chip. It's light and and tastes potato-y. The sea bass I ordered was good, but I was surprised to see it battered and deep fried. Such a fatty fish would be better seasoned or sauced. Overall, delicious and highly recommended.

We stayed at Pachamama and walked down to this restaurant. It was incredible. The steak is the best I've ever had. If I ever go back there, this will be on the itinerary.
