Didn't stay here but had the pizza. Good price and delicious food, highly recommend eating here!

To start with the good things:
Friendly care takers, beautiful garden, nice cabins, good wi-fi, great pool, close proximity to the beach, authentic Italian wood fired pizzas, close access to Puerto Viejo, Playa Uva etc.
Things that can be improved:
A lot of mosquitoes so Please make sure all mosquito nets are whole in the cabins. We got bit like hell.
A few big caterpillars came in under the door which was not so pleasant.
The difference in level of the floors between the Livingroom and the bathroom is treacherous Especially while sleepwalking at night to the toilet.
The tv reception in the room is really poor.
Quite a lot of blood marks on the walls from former encounters with mosquitoes and cleaning under the beds Can be better.
The dogs barked a lot during the night. Well dogs are dogs but annoying.
The trucks drive past loudly and fast on the road that passes by right beside the cabins. Perhaps suggest some road bumps?
We must have came on an exceptionally unlucky week but it is good that you go for electric heated boilers rather than with gas.response / report this review -

Very nice place. Private cabine with kitchen, bathroom a/c. Owners are very nice people and there is a pizza restaurant.

Cozy, lively, and the cabines are actually really big and spacious for a resort. Really clean and the service is very good, they care about your opinion and try to make you feel like home and all this for a really good price! And have a little restaurant for you to eat if you want or you have a mini supper 100ft from the place.

Lindísimo, un lugar tranquilo, lleno de naturaleza y paz, muy familiar, la pizza deliciosa y cercano a otras playas. Definitivamente volvería.

Only four beautifully decorated tropical style little houses with ample room four a family and luggage. A small kitchen in the corner with a bar and fridge. Nice shower with fuzzy-glass blocks as outside walls. Fantastic garden full of small and large plants, trees amidst a rainforest. Toucans, howler monkeys, hummingbirds, just to name a few. The Italian owner makes great pizzas in a wood fired oven. Lovely Italian couple with young children. Only downside: the breakfast starts with a great plate full of tropical fruits, but is limited thereafter. There is no breakfast menu or buffet, you have talk to the owner to discuss options. Also, more written info on the garden and the surroundings would be appreciated.

De ahí en adelante el lugar es muy bonito. Aire acondicionado o un buen abanico es indispensable en la zona y solo una tiene A/c. Las demás no.response / report this review
