Being in Costa Rica for work this is when the only places that we can go to get parts if we need them. We went over to get a quote on over a thousand bolts, nuts, washers, and other assorted hardware. Since we knew they didn't have them in the store we were taken to the desks on the right hand side as soon as you walk into the store to speak with someone about how much it would cost to get them ordered and shipped to the store. The guy said he would call us back later and send us an email with the quote. Two weeks later, and we still haven't received the quote. We ended up driving someplace else and while the quote took 2 days because the amount of stuff that we needed we received the quote and subsequently spent almost $1,000. The laziness shown by the gentleman ended up costing them the sale.
Estar en Costa Rica por motivos de trabajo es cuando los únicos lugares a los que podemos ir para obtener partes si los necesitamos. Fuimos para obtener una cotización de más de mil pernos, tuercas, arandelas y otro hardware variado. Como sabÃamos que no los tenÃan en la tienda, nos llevaron a los escritorios del lado derecho en cuanto entramos a la tienda para hablar con alguien sobre cuánto costarÃa pedirlos y enviarlos a la tienda. El tipo dijo que nos llamarÃa más tarde y nos enviarÃa un correo electrónico con la cotización. Dos semanas después, y todavÃa no hemos recibido la cotización. Terminamos conduciendo a otro lugar y aunque la cotización tomó 2 dÃas debido a la cantidad de cosas que necesitábamos, recibimos la cotización y luego gastamos casi $ 1,000. La pereza mostrada por el caballero terminó costándoles la venta.response / report this review -
