If going to Cocles or Playa Chiquita, this is the place to save some money. Any restaurant around is overpriced AF. Take like $10-$15, buy some baguette, tortillas, ham, cheese, tuna, milk, bananas, apples, beerand you will be alright for 2 to 3 days. Is either that, or $25 per meal in average at a restaurant.
Great little store for the basics. They also bake their own bread and croissants which are amazing
They have just about everything you need. Have a barber and rent bicycles.
Bigger on the inside than the outside. Appears to have almost as many products as Amazon. Great croissants in the morning
Excellent attention, I thought due to the location everything was going to be expensive buy it was not like that.
Great selection, lots of stuff, pricing is high.
We shopped at this little but well stocked store for our entire one month stay in Playa Chiquita and always found everything we needed. Sure, prices are high, but not much more than you would get in Puerto Viejo or anywhere else in Costa Rica for that matter.
Sweet store, great selection in Punta Uva.
Great products! Good price.
Great little grocery store that has a little of everything. Excellent bike stop when riding from Puerto Nuevo to Playa Uva.
A very professional run establishment. Good quality food can be had here. Yes its a little more expensive but you are paying for the convenience. I had a situation where a credit card transaction was duplicated in my account. When I pointed this out to the owner he did everything he could to get it corrected. It was the BCR banks fault, not his, and he got it fixed for me. That's the way to run a business.
