  Called multiple times, no one picked up the phone to make a reservation. So, I headed to the barber shop to try to get a walk-in. Arrived at 2.15pm, no customers there with 2 barbers available. But, they said they have no availability even for a quick trim until 6pm. Then, I asked if they could call the other branches to find out if there was availability since it’s a franchise and they didn’t want to do that because they “don’t have the names and phone numbers”. The numbers are all publicly available!! I can understand that walk-ins aren’t always possible, but given that I explained that I came all the way from my hotel for a quick cut, I would’ve hoped they could have helped a bit more. I waited for an uber for nearly 15 mins after this interaction and no other customer showed up. could have easily finished the cut. Learn to be a more nimble business!
