Visited the mostly dry falls in March and chatted with several families of howler monkeys, scared of numerous lizards, large and small. Over all a win! Very steep gravel drive and small river fording to get all the way to the ranger station, pura vida!

Just finished our day trip to Diria. Loved it! Even though it's the dry season and the waterfall was dry it was still a great time. We saw howler monkeys as soon as we started hiking as well as many birds and some butterflies.

Awesome placeeee! If your in Santa Cruz you can near to the park and have fun in the rivers. Depends on the season the river is more dry but you can stay relax here.
