Awesome. Get the carne asada taco, you won't be disappointed. Oh,also get the beer battered fish taco. The guy who owns it is super chill and extremely nice. The chips are also amazing, fried fresh and perfect. Pura vida.

Del Mar Taco Shop became an instant favourite. I couldn't decide between the fish tacos or the shrimp tacos, so I had both, each time we went. Very fresh each and every time. The owner is friendly, as are his staff. Great location with an ocean view.

Seriously love this place. Went 3x during one week stay. Taco Tuesday special is amazing, $2 per taco including the cunchy fried fish and shrimp. So good. Super super friendly owner and staff handing out free chip handfuls and tons of hospitality.

The owner of this establishment is an amazing person . The menu is amazing . I still crave the food here and cannot find anything like it anywhere else . I just have to say YES , my favorite restaurant of all time

Went yesterday and ordered the 'Del Mar' burrito. It was a somewhat steep price at ~$10, and I found it really needed a hot sauce or something to kick up the flavor. That being said, it was pretty large and filling, the battered shrimp and fish were both fresh, and the guys working there were really personable - and the tortilla chips were the best I've had in Costa Rica! I'd probably go back for the chips.

This restaurant was absolutely AMAZING. I have never written a review before, but this made me compelled to do it, because of its 3.8 rating and how off that is. I ordered the Del Mar burrito, and it was honestly the best burrito I have ever had. And yes, I've tried Chipotle. The owner was very nice, the service was great, and the burrito was amazing. The look isn't the best, and I wasn't expecting food to be that good, but this restaurant blew my mind. I am only a tourist in Costa Rica, but this place made me consider moving there. I highly recommend that you don't judge this book by a cover.

The quality of the food did not match the high prices. The tacos were small and not anything to brag about. Only upsides were the friendly owner and location.

Fresh, flavorful ingredients and a fun location, plus Brad (the owner) is an upstanding dude. Highly recommend the fish and shrimp tacos and the surf and turf (steak and shrimp) burrito. Ate here twice in my three day stay in Dominical and will have to come back again soon!
