This was the perfect adventure trip! As someone who is not very athletic or adventurous, I felt safe and confident in the expertise of our guides. Rafting on class 3 and 4 rapids sounded scary and nothing that I would ever imagine doing, but I did it and LOVED it! For those who think adventure tours are not something they would ever do, check out Costa Rica Rios tours. Everyone was so friendly. Even going solo on this tour, you will make friends and have an incredible time! Everything you could ever want to do in Costa Rica, the Week of Adventures Tour has it. I would and probably will do this tour again.

What a great week of adventures! As a solo traveler, I felt safe, secure, and supported during each of the challenging adventure activities. Costa Rica Rios paired me with a delightful roommate, while all of our group of 15 travelers clicked and had a great time together. I am so impressed with the staff of CRR. They were so informative with knowledge of the surrounding nature, as well as the history of Costa Rica. The staff made this adventure fun and kept us laughing. iMuchas gracias!

Costa Rica Rios is a first class outfit! The guides were very safety conscious, all while ensuring we got the most of our Week of Adventures. Kayaking, white water rafting, ziplining, the beach, rappelling were all handled with the uptmost professionalism and fun! I highly recommend this company! Pura Vida!

With the assistance, talent, knowledge, and kindness from the entire Costa Rica Rios crew (from start to finish), our adventure surpassed all expectations!! We have been home for two weeks and are still reeling with delight over our first Costa Rican adventure! Pack as suggested and they provide/prepare fantastic food, lodgings, transportation, camaraderie and adventure! We can't wait to go back! FUN, safety, and overall well-being, is always the top priority.

Alejandro was a fantastic lead throughout the entire journey. Walter was incredibly patient, positive and awesome with us newbie rafters. His sunny disposition is always infectious! Big shout out to the rest of the amazingly talented team that was with our group—Chamo, Davis, Arnaldo, Andres, Luis, Gato and Christopher who captured so many exciting moments with his photography!

My wife and I just returned from Costa Rica. Costa Rica Rios arranged our trip for the second time. I can't say enough about this company. They customized a trip that was absolutely perfect in every element. We spent 3 days in a remote eco lodge enjoying guided rain forest hikes, horseback riding and animal observation. The accommodations were unique and authentic and we learned a tremendous amount about the culture and environment. We then traveled to 2 additional destinations enjoying incredible waterfalls and local guides. Our remote Corcovado experience was the highlight of the trip. We enjoyed amazing food, excellent views and wildlife, talented guides and exciting adventures. Every aspect of the trip was perfect including transfers. We've traveled all over the world and I'll attest to the true value of using Costa Rica Rios. Well done!!

Thanks so much Costa Rica Rios for an excellent trip! We got to do all of the fun, crazy adventures (whitewater rafting, cycling, rock climbing & more) we were hoping for without having to worry about handling any of the logistic/scheduling work. Plus, all of the guides we that accompanied us were outstanding (especially Alejandro)! We will absolutely be coming again, and we will bring friends. Gracias!

What an amazing experience. Costa Rica is in itself beautiful and full of amazing experiences but I highly suggest using this company to explore the natural beauty. Not only is the staff highly professional but fun and willing to adapt to the groups' needs.

Great trip! I had an amazing time on this trip. I loved all the activities. The food was good, the lodging was good, and the guides were great. I've never done anything this daring or adventurous, so I was really nervous, but the guides were very knowledgeable and took good care of us so I felt safe the whole time.

Cannot say enough good things about Costa Rica Rios. From the first email to the last phone call. Communication was informative and prompt.
CRR took care of us the whole way through. Great guides, great activities and tremendous food. Our family of 6 did the Week of Adventures and it lived up to its billing. Even when the weather turned foul, our guide had other options for us. Good times. We highly recommend CRR.

I booked my honeymoon trip through Costa Rica Rios. They were always prompt with responding before my trip as well as getting my wife and I prepared with everything we needed. This was important as our trip was planned a couple days after Otto hit Costa Rica. All of our excursions went as planned and the hotel's they picked were perfect for the occasion. The whole trip was stress free and we couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon. I'd highly recommend using Costa Rica Rios to anyone planning a trip to this amazing country.

Absolutely phenomenal trip. Every aspect was great. All the adventures were fun and suitable for all skill levels. Tour guides worked with everybody to get them comfortable but also allowing more advanced folks to themselves. Tour guides also very pleasant to be around and friendly. All of them can cook too. Every meal we had was great. Walter, Hernaldo, Luigi, Davis and others did a fantastic job. Would recommend this trip to anybody.

We just got back from a trip to Costa Rica. We had an amazing time! The staff was very good all the way from trying to book custom dates up to the point we were dropped off at the airport! My wife and I had to do a private trip due to how our work schedule is set up. They were very accommodating and worked around it perfectly. The whole staff was incredible and it would take a really long review to mention everyone. I do have to mention our guides though. We had Luigi as our main guide. He basically spent the whole week with us! He really made the trip. We were on the river with him and Walter 2. The water was very dangerous the days we were on the river due to the rain but those two really pulled it out and kept us safe. They also cooked for us the whole time which blew us away. We really feel like we make two close friends in those two that we will stay in touch with. All in all we cant say enough good things about the experience and the staff. Great job Costa Rica Rios!!!!!
