  My husband and I had spoken with more than 11 agents before Robert Shannon of CRRV. He listened to our needs and was very attentive without being suffocating. That is a great skill! He and Carla are a great team that wants the best for you. This company wants to sell you a home, not a house. I cannot express our gratitude for the extensive amount of time they spent with us. Although we were not in Costa Rica while he was finding us the right property, when we came to look at them, not a moment was wasted! I am certain that they are a perfect fit for anyone, looking for most any type of property in CR! You will not be disappointed 😃

  Robert works intently as the Buyer's Representative to find the best value properties which will maximize their wish list. As a Developer I am pleased to work with him and his clients so neither of us waste time on things that are mismatches.

  The best of the best. Very professional people. Legitimate business. Extremely sincere and efficient in there approach. Was a able to purchase a good `property at an excellant price. I am now living in Costa Rica in a very comfortable and inexpensive property at the right price!!
