This is the best Place Ever. It is like a Marriott Hotel. The nicest people and the most wonderful place for view, modern, beds are wonderful and every thing you need is here. Easy to get to and downtown is close by. Peaceful and a Dream Guest Home. Joe and GeeGee are great.

A Bargain and has an income also.
With the 1/2 acre extra lot I was thinking I can build 3-4more studios and rent them out and make about $4,000 a month income. the guest house rents for $1,450 a month year round. There is a big need for nice rentals in Grecia. IT is the up and coming town. Close to airport.
This is a beautiful estate. Manicured like a Palm Beach, Florida Estate.

I had occasion to spend some time at Joseph and GeeGee's home and I can only say it is a spectacular house with features and amenities that only a very exclusive resort would have. The view is to die for. The grounds are what one would expect from a well maintained estate which does not disappoint. If you stay there you will want more of the same at another time. Excellence personified.

This Place is to die for. Love, Love it. Wish my kids were out of school. Workmanship is exquisite and every detail is there. Just move in. Even the garden tools and lawnmower come with this new estate. it is a 5/5. Main house is 3/3 and other home is 2/2. Rents for $1,400 a month so you have income also if you don't want it for a guest house.

IF you are looking to buy or rent this is the Place.
