My family and I just stay here and had a wonderful time. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The house was unique and comfortable for my family.
We were greeted by Mr. Jon Ham who explained everything about the house. Later ,Jon set up some great excursions for us. It was nice having him available to refer us to other activities and restaurants.

We paid $567.00 a night through Airbnb for the house across the street from the Costa Rica Luxury Real Estate office. The house was managed by this group with Jon Hamm as the Airbnb host. The house had a broken washing machine, no hot water, and wifi only on the third floor. Jon Hamm, our host, was unresponsive to solving these problems, although he was hawking $30 bottles of wine that could be delivered from the office. Poor management--he knew the washing machine was broken prior to our visit but did nothing to solve the problem. We do not recommend Costa Rica Luxury Real Estate.
