  My back-story is properly similar to most that go to Costa Rica for dental work. Suffered my entire life with bad teeth and my situation was made worse by poor dentistry in the states. I do have dental insurance but the amount of coverage is minimal and cost of work in the United States is prohibitive.
  Costa Rica dental services office is modern and clean. The equipment is top notch and properly more advanced than in the states.
  Dr. Gadea showed empathy and took the time to explain to me exactly what was occurring with my teeth. Decided on doing eight implants and two root canals. Dr. Gadea is the most skilled dentist I ever had in my 54 years. I experienced zero pain during and after procedure.
  Although I have to return in July to complete my implants, knowing that I am in such good care and is absolutely life changing!

  I was very worried about going to another country to have work done on my mouth, but after my first visit with Dr. Gadea I felt right at home. Actually better then back home. Dr. Gadea address every problem I had in my mouth and actually ask me what were my priorities so we can start on those. That made me very happy and at ease. The work and the passion he has for his work is outstanding! Everyone in the office is great. knowledgeable , professional and kind. Pura Vida!!! I'll see you soon when I go back for my crowns.   Awesome service, professional office, friendly staff. I came for a root canal, and to have three other fillings replaced that I had originally done in Canada. I didn't even realize that my dentist in Canada had removed half of a silver filling in one tooth and replaced with half new filling. Have no idea why my former Canadian dentist didn't remove the entire old filling and replace the entire filling, as this was causing me issues.
  
  Dr. Ramirez and Dr. Hernandez(root canal specialist) were excellent, and I'm extremely happy with the results. Thank you both.
  
  I also need to comment positively on Juan, who does all the organization for patients. He was prompt, courteous, and always got back to me in a timely fashion in regards to organization, questions answered, and also helped with information regarding transportation around the San Jose area. Thank you Juan!
  
  I would return without hesitation
