We had an outstanding experience at Clinica de Urgencias. My husband was treated for broken ribs, a severed finger, and concussion. Dr. Johnny Arguello Castro gave him outstanding care. The surgery on my husband's finger was very successful and to this day you would hardly know it was sewn back together. The nurses were very caring and knowledgeable as well. The food was excellent - just tell the nurse what you want and she orders Take Out! The private room was large and had a big screen TV on the wall. There was a large bed/couch where I could sleep comfortably so that I didn't have to leave my husband's side. It was much better than what I have experienced in American hospitals where the goal is to get the patient in, get the patient out. It was very affordable, compared to American prices. There are doctors on hand who speak English as well.
