The waterfall is quite impressive and definitely worth the climb down and up.
I also recommend walking through the orchid trail.
I really enjoyed this hike and the views of the falls were rewarding. It’s expectedly easy going down but the walk up is naturally much harder. They have a few rest stops along the way - don’t worry :-). The water was too cold for me and didn’t bother taking a dip but given the hike back up.. perhaps not a bad idea to start cool. Taking your time makes this totally achievable.
It is amazing to watch when water is falling down from a 75 m heigt. Don’t hesitate to swim, you know once you get in, you get used to it:) Entrance is 15$, very steep stairs to reach to the bottom but it is totally worth it. We saw a monkey on the stairs which was an amazing surprise.
So amazing and beautiful!! Nice too hard or long of a hike. Do not miss out on the most refreshing swim at the bottom where it's calm (see trout). It gives you the energy to bounce back up those steps! Awesome!
One of the best waterfalls yet, and I've been in a few. Bring goggles, it's chilly but worth it. Small price to pay for having LOTS of secure "stairs" to get you there. Wonderful place to spend a day
It's a very nice, tropical waterfall with a small swimming area at the base. Pretty cool to be able to swim so close to the waterfall! There is a secondary swimming area located downstream that is much calmer. A bit expensive at 15$ but still a good experience.
Una caminata corta para llegar, son casi 500 escalones solamente, para disfrutar de la catarata donde no se puede bañar por medidas de seguridad y más abajo una poza
Beautiful Falls with a nice view
Lugar muy limpio donde se disfruta de una caminata, la hermosa vista de la catarata y un buen baño frío en el río.
