I stayed here last year and it was one of the most memorable vacations of my life. The staff is incredibly friendly and the property is very well maintained. You could not ask for a better location.

I am so glad that we chose this property for our trip! The sunsets were amazing, the house is right on the beach and it was just a short walk to the water. The pool was also great if we just wanted to lounge. The house had enough space so that our group of 8 could spread out and relax, but also had great spaces for us all to come together and hang out. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, tours, or activities we might want to go do. The house was clean and comfortable and they thought of everything. We will definitely book this house again when we come back! Thanks again!

We felt very welcomed the moment we landed in Costa Rica. Once we arrived to Casa Rio Mar, it was even more welcoming. The home was more than we had anticipated. It has all the amenities you could ask for, a private pool and right on the beach! We had the opportunity to watch some amazing surf competitions and take surfing lessons ourselves. Matt was very knowledgeable, we had a great time with him setting up adventures to make this our perfect vacation. They have everything in this place to make your stay comfortable. We didn’t want to leave, it was the best trip ever! We will be back!

I have been wanting to visit Costa Rica for a long time, but was intimidated by the language barrier and international travel aspect. I was referred to Casa Rio Mar and I could not have been more please and a better memorable experience. I felt completely comfortable and accommodated the whole time and I can't wait to visit again. What an amazing place to stay in Costa Rica! Right on the beach - you literally walk out the door and you step on the beach. House is spacious and has everything you need. Big kitchen, dining and living room. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. We were 3 couples and had an amazing stay. The proximity of the beach makes a HUGE difference to fully enjoy your vacation! Especially if you are surfing/learning to surf. Nice patio, garden and pool too. We had so much fun! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
