Fantastic food and amazing drinks. Get the house margarita with chili salt. Or perhaps the passion fruit margarita if you are feeling a bit more tropical. Either way you can't go wrong.

Absolute GEM, found this incredible spot as a tip from another traveler. Was probably best dinner & drinks we had all week!.So good we even came back the NEXT day.. Margaritas were beyond flavorful and my personal favorite dinner was the chicharones!!! Insane flavors and textures. Hope to visit again VERY soon!

Great staff and amazing food! The owner is the server/ bar tender and has an amazing local cook staff. Carlito' s has a variety of tasty margarita's. The chicharones was incredible and all of the veggies and meat are fresh and local. The cervesas are also the coldest in Uvita. This is MUST visit in the area.

Really friendly staff. The host was very helpful, really made us feel welcome!

I frequent Carlito's almost weekly. The food is always amazing and satisfying — my favorites are the enchiladas, the quesadilla, and the chicken tortilla soup. If you have space, definitely try the dessert option too. Their handmade margaritas are literally the best I've ever had, and I also love the sangria. The service is always impeccable, and the environment/ambiance is perfect. I would highly recommend this restaurant to both residents and visitors of the Uvita area! You will not be disappointed.

We got a suggestion by a local to try this new place in Uvita. The food is excellent, atmosphere casual, but it's really the owner that makes it all work. She's friendly and energetic with a talent for creating sophisticated flavors in simple Mexican-inspired fare. If you're in Uvita you must try Carlito's!
