  We had a really lovely stay in the peaceful campsite, complete with sloth resting in the tree and as much coconut as you could hack down and pop open yourself! Muchissima gracias

  Camping Maria is a wonderful place! It's right on the beach and there's a perfect little swimming hole. The hosts are very kind and warm people. There's a host of vegetation that creates a beautiful scene. Everything is meticulously manicured and pristinely clean.

  Decent facilities, and Maria herself is a pleasure, but stay away from ol Don, her husband, he's your classic cookie-cutter sketchy white expat. If you manage to avoid that guy, you'll have a wonderful time.

  Lovely hosts and lovely yard by the sea. We stayed in the private room which could use some fixing up (the kitchen sink has ragged plastic on the faucet, mattress is thin). Private room was 15,000 colones.

  Vera nice place, we camped 10 meters from the sea under a palm.
  Only the showers and kitchen could be cleaner!

  Maria and Mancha (dog) are wonderful hosts! We found ourselves camping during a storm but Maria helped us stay dry! So grateful for Camping Maria! Would recommend!

  Amazing place for camping right on the beach. Big kitchen, bathrooms, and shower. Secure parking. Would definitely stay here again.

  Nous étions deux et avons passé une superbe semaine au camping Maria, c'est une personne dont on s'attache vite et qui prend soin de son camping et de ses hôtes.
  À propos du camping: super emplacement, hamacs, arbres fruitiers, et belle vue sur la mer caraïbe, cuisine en commun et sanitaires simple mais propres.
