This place was right next to our hotel, we had breakfast there every day. Good food for decent prices, they also speak a little English witch helps a lot of you don't speak any Spanish. And good WiFi

Hum. I gave Tortilla Flats 4 stars and I give this place 4 starts but you can not compare the two places. I mean. Tortilla Flats is definitly better but it is also more expensive. The juices and smoothies done at Café Ensueño are really good (and the place was close to our hotel). But it is not "grande cuisine". Yet, food is served with attention and, while prices are somewhat smilar to the ones at Su Raza, I'd say that food is better at Café Ensueño than at Su Raza. One way or the other, if you spend a few days in Dominical, I suggest you give Café Ensueño a chance. P.S. Only on our last day, we tested breakfasts at Café Ensueño and they were good.

The French toast is amazing, fruit is fresh, and the smoothies are to die for (large for the price, and unbelievably delicious). Service is fantastic, and it was right next to our hostel. We ate there everyday.

Great food cooked to order at very reasonable prices. Large menu cooked to order. Better prices and better food than we've had elsewhere in Costa Rica. Lots on the menu from hamburgers to all of the typical Costa Rican dishes. I enjoyed the Buffalo burger which is made with some heat. We had 3 huge burgers and one plate of fries for $12. Rosa has the place open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. but when we came in late at night she was very gracious to serve us. Off a dirt road that leads to the beach, it is worth the stop. We are staying nearby and plan to eat there often.
