no customer service, very bad service, dirty cars and very bad attitude to clients

Worst experience ever. Had reservation for over two months. Arrive in Tambor no one there to pic us up as usual. Pay for taxi ride to office and they tell me they are closed. I point out that I have reserved car and the manager gets belligerent. Doesn’t even know we have two reservations and then proceeds to tell us that they are out of cars. Reluctantly helps us find transportation to our hotel in Santa Teresa. Seriously worst ever experience. He was rude and couldn’t care less about our situation.

Very helpful, no complaints. You have to get the minimum level insurance even if you have credit card insurance or insurance of your own. That raises the price a good mount, basically doubles the price of rental car.

I've had two great experiences with Budget in Costa Rica. This time Erickson brought a vehicle to where we were staying. He was incredibly helpful and (I think) deserves a raise! Working with the Budget team has always been a positive experience and I highly recommend them for your trip to Costa Rica.
