  Beware if you reserve a car online for pickup in Manuel Antonio and get sent the following pickup address as it doesn't exist.
  
  When you call customer service to get them to sort out the issue, they keep cutting you off. 1 star is too much!
  
  If you don't want to traipse to Quepos airport, do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere (like I ended up doing after a lot of hassle and frustration).

  This place is the best. We had an issue with our first rental that we picked up in San Jose. The quepos office handled our problem pretty fast and had us up and running in a new rental in about 20 minutes. Easily accessible since it sits on the main highway right next to the airport.
