Bella Vista Mar is a relaxing place with a lovely view. It's an inviting and private atmosphere.
The breakfast was a lovely start into the day!

I recommend to rent a Mountainbike for people who love to workout and get around environment friendly ;) The way up there is a great training. Otherwise you should have an ATV/Car or get around via tuk tuk.

It was a lovely place to spend the night and just a short drive to beach. The breakfast was great, beds comfortable, no air conditioning, one faucet didn't work in bathroom. I would stay again.

In my opinion, this is the best place to stay, it is not a Hilton, but you got what's important, ocean view, privacy, closeness to the beach.
You'll feel like you are starting at a friend's place.
The reservation includes breakfast and I highly recommend to spend the late night watching the night sky from the pool.

Alexa and her staff are so sweet and professional. Each morning we awoke to a fresh fruit bowl and a choice for breakfast (included in stay) while overlooking the magnificent view of the ocean & various birds taking flight. The grounds are clean and well kept. I recommend staying here up high for safety and the views. Parking is easy, beds comfy. We stayed 2 weeks without moving. Pura vida!

Wonderful. Unbelievable views, delicious banana pancakes, quiet and peaceful, impeccably clean, warm & welcoming staff, perfect pool and communal areas. Lovely vibe. Cute animals everywhere. Would come back in a snap. Miss it already.

We came for one night and ended up staying for four! Alexa provides great hospitality. The hotel only has a few rooms and it is very quite and private. We used the shared kitchen a couple times, it is clean and well equipped. Of course there is a nice view as the name suggests. The pool is big enough for a couple laps and deep enough for diving. We saw monkeys on the adjacent property regularly. The humming bird feeders are also always busy. I would recommend a four wheel drive, although some people made it there in a prius. It is a 10 minute drive to the beach, to restaurants, or to the village. It is a 5 min walk to nature reserve. We will be coming back!
