With all the restaurants we could choose from we ate here 2 times during our week stay. Great food, staff and cool beach atmosphere!

phenomenal bites, drinks and musIf. extremely friendly owner and staff that made the experience amazing. For a town with extremely slow service, this place takes the cake. Will be back for NYE festivities tomorrow!

Food is good, service is slow, price a bit high, Manager narrow minded about letting customers split the bill.

My mahi mahi was excellent. Kids chicken tenders were over cooked. Service was good despite being very crowded on a Friday night. Great music but some of the winners in my group thought it was too loud. I enjoyed my experience overall.

They forgot the beer I ordered. Twice. The food took over an hour to come out and the place was near empty. Pretty sure they didn't put our order in. Then the food did come and they got the order wrong. Twice again! Now they are screwing up the bill and trying to charge us for chicken tacos we didn't get. No apologies. No nothing.

Skip this place. Way better options if you're willing to just walk a small bit further from the beach.

The curry bowl was incredible. Everyone at the table was happy. It was overall a bit pricey, but it was a good experience.

I have to say that the food is so good and delicious. The manager of the place is a great guy, with an awesome vibe. I have to recommend this place for everyone!

Don't let the name fool you. This is not sandwiches slapped together near the beach. I had the fresh catch of the day, and it was absolutely a gourmet experience. The chef artfully combined foods and flavors masterfully. We will eat there again.

This place is a gem. It's run by a former chef from Canada with awesome tattoos. Brunch all day, close to the beach, fans above, friendly staff , good prices.

We waited one hour and a half for our meal to arrive at our table! Waitress told us that the restaurant was full (small restaurant and no it was not packed) and she said the 1 hour wait time for food was noted on the menu (which I did not see). Definitely not a place for families after a 4 hour drive to Nosara. Maybe a good place for drinks (that seem to be served quickly ) and food was good but small portions.

Great food, staff, service, and atmosphere. I have been in Guinoes for about 3 days and I always want to come back to BD cafe. You can eat every single meal there and not get tired of it. I recommend this cafe to all ages because it is family friendly and all staff treat you well.

I live in Guiones half the year, been coming for 3 years. Decided to check out the main strip restaurants this year so I can tell my guests where to eat. Went to Harbor Reef (the staff steal and do not give back correct change and they are too expensive with low quality food), Tibadabo (Great food and happy hour), and I have been to Beach Dogs before and the breakfast is good. But don't drink alcohol there. My house glass of house wine was $8 for a little glass. I was so appalled that I did not even tip. I go out a lot and that is twice the amount than 85% of restaurants, including Wine Bars. Stick with the little sodas and mom and pops places if you don't want to feel burned and feel like your dining at a 5 star restaurant for 2 star restaurants. Ouch! Never again will I go back. Rosie's is good. Check my reviews for all the places around Pelada, Nosara, Guiones and Esperanza.
