  There are certain things one never regrets. Last week, ordering marlin ceviche and grilled wine chicken was it.
  
  Spotted: Driving to Tabacon Resort via San Jose. Being the amazing copilot most dream of. I noticed this local favorite. After a quick u-turn and yelling “Come on Mav, do some pilot sh*t.” We then enjoyed the best meal and service of our trip.
  Ricardo was very hospitable and helpful. No doubt i’ll be returning.
