  After a very long day, and a lot of disappointment with the restaurant next door, Kazan was a good way to wrap up the night. Our waiter Amarys was very helpful, too.
  
  We got the red snapper and tuna special, both which were delicious and fresh, not to mention affordable. The ceviche was very yummy as well. Would definitely come back!

  Recommended by our hotel, but just okay. We had mixed ceviche which the shrimp tasted old. We also shared a garlic talapia which was good. The house wine was better than most. Not the most exciting intro to Costa Rica for our first night.

  There are better places to go. Food took 45 minutes. When it arrived, our order was incorrect. We asked the server to correct the order, and he became very accusatory. It was a simple mistake, and we left embarrassed and feeling unwelcome.

  Kazaan was not that great. The service took a very long time and they got our order wrong. When we asked them about it he accused us of lying and said that we were wrong about what we ordered and refused to change it so we were stuck with a meal we didn't want and he was extremely rude about it. I'd advise trying another restaurant and not wasting your time with rude and slow service.

  A great place to watch sports in La fortuna, we watched the NCAA basketball finals here. The service is really good. You get free nachos to start with, we ordered chicken sandwich and chicken wrap. Just a heads up, the chicken sandwich comes with ham, we don't eat ham but our server was nice and he gave us a chicken sandwich without ham. Drinks are really cheap here and strong. We had piña colada and tequila Kazan.
