This bank has the worse personnel ever. As an American, I expect respect and good customer service as we give to others that come into our country that needs banking needs. It has taken over 4 visits to the bank to open an account correctly with a local person, and even today, the information they gave us is wrong and we can't use it correctly, which it will required a fifth visit tomorrow to the bank. This is a disgrace for any bank. Be aware of this, because their mediocrity can cause you money, time and your patience.

Very accessible, being close to the downtown area tends to get full fast so waiting is definitely to be expected. The service is great with attention to details as expected from any bank.
