The waves at the private beach get rough later in the day - great fun to play in but be aware of undertow.

Definitely deserves its spot on the Best Boutique Hotels list! Beautiful surroundings, knowledgeable considerate staff, fun choices of interest classes & an eco-concious stance too! Highly recommend!

Unbelievable service and staff! They'll take care of anything you need and are the most friendly hotel staff I've ever encountered! Also, great rainforest and beach experience at the same time!!!

Sea Sand is the best hotel in Costa Rica. Gaia is nice, but Arenas Del Mar takes it to another level.
