Dr. Sashe is AMAZING! He educated me on the need for regular adjustments and how the lack related to my severe headaches. It also helped that he spoke English so that I did not have to struggle with trying to translate the pain I had been experiencing for the previous 10 plus days. The office staff is friendly and always welcomes me with smiles and pleasantries. It is truly a blessing to have been referred to him during my stay here in Costa Rica.
