Having ZERO experience with international real estate, it was nothing short of a miracle that we found 2Costa Rica Real Estate. Scott talked with us at length to ease our fears and apprehension before we searched for a property. Dina, our agent, showed us a sample of every type of property available in the area we chose. She worked tirelessly with us until we found "the one". They held our hand through the entire process, guiding, suggesting & answering ALL of our questions. They have a team of professionals that get the job done! Of course they were there for us even AFTER the sale. And honestly, they are STILL our friends to this day. Hands down, the BEST agency out there. Don't hesitate to trust 2Costa Rica Real Estate with help finding your piece of paradise.

I have now had the privilege of working with 2 Costa Rica Real Estate on 2 occasions from a different country. 2 Costa Rica Real Estate has been everything that I could have expected from a real estate company. They are knowledgeable and professional. Scott and Dina (and the rest of their staff in the Quepos office) are extremely friendly and have gone the extra mile, or shall I say several miles, to get our deals completed. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a property in Costa Rica. Thanks for the excellent service!!

I wish I could give more stars to this company! I have worked with Scott Williams and Scott Cutter for selling land, and buying a home in the Manuel Antonio area, and I have to say that I have never worked with a more professional company. These guys are the best in the area. They are ethical, hard working agents. They consistently give guidance in their clients best interest and I highly recommend their services.

On our first trip to Costa Rica we were married. We had such a wonderful time and fell in love with everything about the country - the people, climate, amazing views everywhere, culture, food (no GMO's!), relaxed environment, and Pura Vida lifestyle! Three years later we returned on a house-hunting trip. We were referred to Scott Cutter by a good friend and met virtually prior to our trip. To make the most of our visit, Scott asked us great questions and shared links for homes to learn more about exactly what we were looking for. We took a liking to Scott immediately. During our trip he got an even better feel for what we wanted and showed us the perfect villa that we fell in love with on the spot. A few months later we closed on our purchase. Along the way, Scott was an invaluable resource for the many questions we had throughout the transaction. We wouldn't think of doing any business in Costa Rica without leveraging Scott and his expertise. His honesty and integrity are top notch and he has become a true trusted adviser to us!
