Ni se te ocurra llamar aningun Zara a preguntar por una referencia, pues te dejan esperando al telefóno hasta 3 horas, ( no es exageración) y luego cuelgan, jamás te atienden.

Took forever to check out. Such a big company and the management does not have the sense to invest in a better POS system.
