  I had a great experience today at Viva Spa. It felt very professional, clean and they also were very accommodating as well. I would recommend for sure, as I just left and feel great. Same service when I was here a year ago! Will be back soon!

  I went for the body massage

  Maybe I am used to standards overseas but I wasn't very happy with my experience:
  1. I found the massage therapist lazy. I even caught her checking out her phone while massaging me and when I felt like she was not concentrating on the task.
  2. I don't person was well trained, going into deep areas with lose information the muscle.
  3. She spent more time on areas I told her were no problem areas ..the lazy way
  4. She put oil on my face without warning me before
  5. 15 min late and time not caught up at the end

  We were very happy to have found this spa. Julieta and Steve were very welcoming and friendly, and Daisy and her colleague gave us both an excellent, deep-clean facial. We had booked 90 minutes, but when they had a look at our skin, they said that wasn't really necessary, that they could be done in 60 minutes. We checked prices at some other spas in Poblado, and this place is a great value. It was also fun to get to practice my Dutch with Steve, who had good recommendations for us. By coming here, we also got to see the Laureles neighborhood, which has nice tree-lined streets and a lot of nice restaurants. Definitely recommend this spa for all of these reasons.
  
  Het is ook erg leuk geweest van een Steve (nederlands ex-pat) te horen hoe het is hier te wonen als buitenlander.

  A very nice place to relaxe in the busy city of Medellin. A good way to spent a day when u just want to relaxe. Friendly services and great massages.

  It really honours the name; Viva Spa indeed!
  Perfect ambiance with quality atmosphere, professional employees and treatments!
  I still enjoy the memory of this Viva Spa experience.
