  I give it 3 stars for they have already assigned 2 medical appointments to my husband by phone and another virtual one and they have not called him and something relatively urgent. For referral to the surgeon.

  Demasiada gente para atender, y el personal no da para tantos afiliados, no cuentan con un orden al momento de cumplir con los horarios de citas, te dicen a las 3:pm y te atienden a las 6 de la tarde, lo digo porque me sucedió con una cita de mi mamá era a las 3 llegamos a confirmar a las 2 y nos atendió el medico porque le toque la puerta y le pedí el favor mostrando el recordatorio de la cita y que mi mamá es una persona de edad avanzada. Sino ni me llaman en la lista.

  Es una excelente Ips sus instalaciones son cómodas y ni que decir del personal, brindan una atención humana, cálida,ágil y útil para dar solución sin tantos rodeos la respuesta a la solicitud requerida.Excelente Ips.
