Great coffee in a trendy hipster kinda setup.
A rarity in Bogotá which I'm told is still developing the coffee culture (rather than purely exporting it).

Some of the best coffee and probably one of the best coffee place in the whole Bogota. Several coffee preparation methods and their all their coffee machines are all in display. Lovely snacks and desserts too.

Once I had a bad experience with them, so a year passed before I decided to give them a second chance. They measured up. I would say it is a nice big café with great music & outdoors and of, GOOD coffee.

I love this place. It's big and bright and pretty with great music and lots of drinks and treats to choose from. Friendly staff. Plus it's one of the few cafes around open on Sundays.

Being from Portland, OR we are your typical coffeesnobs with a penchant for being critical of coffee. Thankfully, Varietale required no such critique. It's excellent and the kind of place you hoped existed in Bogotá. The coffee is 4.5/5, pasties 4/5, ambience and wifi is 5/5. Overall five stars seems correct.
